Please Advise Your Thoughts After Looking At These Results For Gastritis
Question: Hi. I have gastritis on and off for few years. This time it is not going away completely. The symptoms are well controlled with 20 to 40 mg pepcid daily. I had a blood food allergy test. Results are attached. Please advise your thoughts after looking at these results. Thanks.

Hello sir, thank you for choosing healthcare magic. I have reviewed all your test reports. They are extensive and informative. My recommendations are as follows:
1) you can consume all those foods in "No Limitation" list.
2) Those foods on "Rotate" list are to be taken less frequently like once in 2 weeks or so.
3) Those foods on "Eliminate" list are to be completely avoided.
4) you can continue taking pepcid 40 mg daily before food if you feel it's working.
5) I would recommend to use omez insta which is available in the form of sachets. One XXXXXXX in half glass of water would work in relieving gastritis pain rapidly and for prolonged period of time .
6)Omez insta can be taken daily twice for about a week.
7)If you are not satisfied with pepcid, you may go for tab.Nexium 20 mg once daily before food for atleast 3 weeks.
If you still have symptoms after 2 weeks of above treatment, please do consult a gastroenterologist.
