As mentioned in the report it is necessary to get the CT scan with Contrast. This enables one to identify the true nature of the mass.

Based on the surrounding features it points at the fact that the cyst is a benign in nature.

Also, if needed after CT scan we can plan a biopsy for better confirmation.
