Brief Answer:
Hi kindly read below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through the reports attached and there is no alarming variations in any values. I see there is a Vitamin D deficiency I would suggest capsule lumia 60k weekly once for 8 weeks. The mild variations in cholesterol level could be due to age related and no medical intervention is required at present, however a regular brisk walking for 30 mins would help to regulate the same. I see ESR is high which indicates an recent infection or inflammation, considering you do not mention any symptoms of infection and considering rest of blood values within normal limit, no medical intervention is required.
Regards.

Thanks doctor for looking at the reports in details.

However i still have doubts related to these values, can there be any possible kidney disease growing up ?

eGFR is 78
blood urea nitrogen - 5.89, bun/sr. creatinine ratio - 6.77
ESR is 91

I would appreciate your efforts here

Thank You

Hi kindly read below

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
The abnormal kidney values are not alarming considering elderly age it could be a urine infection. But since you mention joint pain and considering ESR high indicating inflammation, I would recommend you to get a rheumatologist opinion for further investigation and diagnosis to exlclude arthritis.
Hope I have answered your query.
