Brief Answer:
The fall is very likely the culprit.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to the "Ask a Doctor" service.

I have read your query, I examined the medical report too.

It is clear that the symptoms of back pain, leg pain, and sexual dysfunction are related to the stenosis at the L4-L5 and the herniation facing the nerve root at the L5-S1 level.

If these symptoms started right or in the following days after the fall, it is very likely that the fall caused the herniations, or, at least, worsened significantly them.

The neck may have been damaged by the fall too, so, I agree with the opinion of the Doctor for an examination with an MRI of the neck.

A soft collar may be used for relief until the examination.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
