Brief Answer:
Biopsy of cervix is recommended.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The PAP smear report is suggestive of high grade intraepithelial lesion. This can lead further to a pre cancerous stage or cancer also. It is best to get a colposcopy guided biopsy of the cervix done for a better evaluation. In case the findings are confirmed further then a surgical removal may be planned. Excisional methods such a large loop excision of the TZ (LLETZ), loop electrosurgical excision procedure (LEEP) or cold-knife cone biopsy are preferred.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
