I have gone through the attached report

There are a minor derangements which are insignificant except very low Vitamin D levels.

You will be needing Vitamin D supplements in the form of Cholecalciferol 60000 units weekly once for 8 weeks followed by monthly once for 8 months.

Also, your baby could also be supplemented with vitamin d 400 units daily for 6 months.
