Mretastatic breast cancer
Detailed Answer:
Dear ,
Thanks for your question. 10 year old cancer treated and disease free till now. If you had given full history and exact treatment she received would help in arriving in more valuable advice. Presence of hilar nodes in the chest and bone inflitration suggests that disease has either recurred or a new primary has occured. Please share the earlier disease status and treatment received and the status of Er,PR and Her2 assay at that time and the status now. Considering it a recurrence she may have to undergo chemotherapy again which may be targetted type,or immunotherapeutic type, and type of chemo to be decided after getting all the investigations which includes CT scan of chest, Whole body PET scan and the markers Er,PR and Her2 essay With basic investigation status CBC, Bio Chemistry along with complete physical status.
Thanks and regards.
Truly.
