I have gone through your reports. Everything seems to be normal except TSH levels which are a bit high.

I would like to know whether do you have any symptoms like weight gain/feeling cold/constipation etc..
Anybody else in the family is hypothyroid?
If so, i would suggest you to visit an Endocrinologist for further evaluation.

If you do not have any symptoms, I would suggest you to avoid cabbage and cauliflower and repeat the test after two months.
