Question: I have swelling on my knee from long time and I'm not able to bend my knee more then 30%. I feel pain while walking to 2-3 steps. please give me solutions to reduce swelling and how to make 100% moment of my knee.

This needs an MRI scan of the knee to find the exact cause and the extent of damage to the internal structures of the knee.
