Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

There are various types of oral contraceptive pills are available.

Usually Combined oral contraceptive pills containing Ethinyl Estradiol (0.03mg) and Desogestrel (0.15mg) are used.

First dose should be on Day 1 of menstrual cycle. If its pack of 21 tablets, continue medications for 21 days (daily one Tablet ) and wait for 7 days and restart the same course irrespective of bleeding.

If its pack of 28 tablets than it may contains 7 days of iron tablets.

If you miss tablet than use other contraceptive e. g. condom for 2 days along with tablet.

Sometimes you may feel minor side effects like nausea, headache, stomach pain. In case of irregular/heavy bleeding, consult with gynaecologist sos.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
