Please Help!! I Have These Red Bumps On My Penis.

Question: Please help!! I have these red bumps on my penis. They can be itchy at times but nothing crazy. I wanted to know if it’s herpes or something else. I haven’t had sex in awhile but when I did I use a condom and the girls I been with was only two and they were both clean to my knowledge. I’m freaking out and I really hope it’s not what I think it is. I have a picture but I don’t think I can send them here

Regarding genital lesions
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.
Herpes is rarely itchy, rather it is painful or cause a burning sensation. Lesions in genital herpes are usually painful sores rather than bumps. Anyhow, you may certainly upload images here. Kindly go to " Reports Section" and upload images. You may also mail me the images at YYYY@YYYY with the subject line of the mail as Attention: Dr. kakkar.
Hope to assist you further. Take care.
