Question: Please help me. My sweat smells like cigarette smoke and gas it comes from my groin and belly button area. I have never smoked a day in my life and I bathe regularly. I eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. It gets really bad when I exercise. Could food intolerances cause this problem?

I don't think this is related to food intolerance problems. Probably it can be related to a food,substance, supplement that you may be taking.
Doing the blood tests total blood count with formula and biochemical blood balance may be advisable to check for any disease.
