Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us.
I have gone through your query and also the attached reports.
These are my observations:
1. The sonogram of the abdomen is within normal limits.
2. The histopathology report has ruled out any malignancy, I.e., cancer in the specimen sent.
3. The sonogram of the breast shows cyst on the left side and masses on the right side.
The masses have been diagnosed as fibroadenoma, a common benign tumor of the breast. Excision biopsy is the best way of management. Please get further assistance from your consultant. There is no need to worry. Regular follow up should be fine.
Hope you find this information useful. Please feel free to contact for further clarifications. I will be happy to help.
regards,
Shanti.V.
