Hello,
It's sinus rhythm with no significant St t abnormalities seen. There are q waves in inferior leads and lateral precordial leads. These are likely a physiological q waves, however needs echo to rule out possibility of old inferior wall infarction.
So, ecg has q waves and no other significant abnormalities. Obtain echo to rule out possibility of old iwmi. Prognosis is good if echo is normal.
