Please Let Me Know If I Should Take Any Medicine For Covid

Question: I have been tested Positive for Covid on . There are 4 people in my house and all are positive.
I have mild fever (38.5 degree c), its intermittent, it goes away after I take a Crocin Advanced. Another symptoms is mild throat irritation, for which I am taking (Vasu - Step), an ayurvedic syrup that I always take when i get a cough.

Here are some of the medicine I have started,
zincovit - 1 a day
limcee - 1 a day
ivermectin - 1 a day for 3 days (started from today)
crocin advanced - only when there is fever , 3-4 so far, in the past 2 days.
cough syrup as mentioned above.

Steam inhalation (3-4 times a day)

Please let me know if I should take any other medicine or if I should get any test done .

Hi Thanks for posting the query

All the above medicines are correctly taken. Add Tab. Azithromycin 500 mg once a day for 5 days with Tab. Pan 40 before food in the morning. Tab. Vitamin D3 60K Iu once a week. Rest all do steam inhalation and follow all other protocols.

For how long should I continue with limcee and zincovit ?
and also for how many days should I consume Pan 40 ?
