Please Let Me Know If He Needs Antibiotics Or Not Seminal Fluid Analysis And It Showed Pus Cells 10-15

Question: I am trying to conceive, I am 38.5 years old (and so is my husband). We got married last month. My husband did seminal fluid analysis and it showed pus cells 10-15 (he did this test 6 months ago and there were no pus cells).
I have attached the report with this question.
Please let me know if he needs antibiotics or not and whether the antibiotics will negatively affect the sperms and chances of conception.
