Brief Answer:
Follow up suggestions.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for posting the attachment,
Though best opinion about these tests could be given by a Radiologist. Its a Radiologist who interprets the reports and after that Gastroenterologist treats patients.Yet i can see a lots of gas in intestines. This gas is the cause of your problem. Gas is formed by fermentation of food inside intestines. This compresses the intestines and nerves passing through them causing inflammation and pain.
The area pointed you by has large amount of gas ,Hope you can see the dark black color(that is gas).
Suggestion-
Take Omeprazole tablet twice daily.
Activated charcoal tablets two tablets thrice.
Simethicone tablet two tablets thrice daily
All these are over the counter and would absorb gas.Along with it take a probiotic like Econorm twice daily. This would improve good bacteria's of gut.
However a secondary opinion by a radiologist is recommended for comments on the image attached.
Till then have these medicines and you would feel much better.
Hope i was helpful,
Follow ups are welcome,
Regards!

sorry trying to figure out how to attach the image

there we go!

Gas is definitely a big problem...what about the white area where the arrows point to. Is that dialation?
Brief Answer:
Follow up.
Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
White area? What test had been performed?
Is not this a barium contrast test? or these white areas are findings of normal x ray?
Please specify clearly which test has been done? By whom? Was a contrast study done? What does the radiologist suggested about it?
AS said earlier this comes under radiology domain.
What did the radiologist said?
Who prescribed the test?
Follow up.
