I read your query and saw the attached image containing name of the two medications.
The available information is not enough to opine about diagnosis.
It can be stated that both of the medications mentioned over the prescription belongs to antipsychotic category and prescribed dose is safe for most individuals. There is no known serious complication even with prolonged use of Arip MT and can be safely used under the supervision of prescribing psychiatrist. However it is important to follow your doctor regularly as some set of blood testes required at interval of one month and 3-6 months in case of sizopin and arip mt respectively.
It is also important to add that the Arip MT and sizopin are prescribed for variety of thought and mood disorders such as Schizophrenia, Psychosis NOS, Schizoaffective disorder, Delusional disorder, Bipolar affective disorder among others.
