Brief Answer:
suggests conjunctivitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear
I have gone through your query and understand your concern, although the image is not accessible on dashboard.

This suggests conjunctivitis, which is very common in this climate. Most of them are caused by some viruses.
If there is no associated fever or cough, we need not worry. You can use a topical eye drop to control any associated secondary infection. I usually advice TOBRAMYCIN 0.3% EYE DROP. Put 2 drops in both eyes 4 times daily for 5 days. If there is associated itching, give LEVOCETIRIZINE SYRUP(2.5mg/5ml) 5ml once daily for 5 days.

If no improvement in 3-5 days, kindly get back to me

I hope this answer will help
Take care
