I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

I reviewed carefully all your father's blood lab tests and would conclude as follows:

1- He has mild kidney dysfunction, with low GRF and presence of albumin in urine.
2- He has increased white blood cell count, increased PCR, Increased fibrinogen and ferritin levels, combatibel with a bacterial infection. Antibiotics may be needed.
3. His cardiac enzymes and blood lipid profile are ok.
4. He has low vitamin B12 levels, which means that he needs treatment with intra muscular injections of vitamin B12.
5. Low calcium but normal Vitamin D plasma levels.
6. Low berrilium plasma levels.
A supplement with calcium and berrilium is needed.

You should discuss with his doctor on the above issues.

Hope to have been helpful!
