Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to 'Ask a Doctor' service.
I have read your query and here is my advice.
I reviewed the MRI images that you uploaded.
There is actually a white matter hyperintense lesion that may indicate the demyelinating process.
MS is a possibility but the diagnosis is achieved by clinical and neurological presentation, tests results (lumbar puncture and cerebrospinal fluid examination ) and imaging studies results.
Please discuss with your Neurologist for these issues.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

There are a few hyperintense lesions.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
There is a moderately big hyperintense lesion on the deep right occipital lobe and some milimetric lesions in the left occipital lobe.
