Question: Please refer to my qna with doc kumal for history,
I can not ask any follow up questions so am asking here.
As per doc kumal instruction am taking Nexium daily morning.
However I need also a medicine to reduce my gas built up in stomach.
When I walk or exercise my belly at the end becomes so slim, until I have dinner or lunch, it becomes so big, hard and full of gas.
Thank for providing some gas mecicine in addition to already taking Nexium

Thanks for writing back once again.

Although Nexium is for gas (dyspepsia), it seems that it would not suffice. Taking Syr. Mucaine Gel when needed (for your bloating) should help. Taking plenty of water is essential as well.

Is this not same as Mucane gel?

Also are there no anti gas tablets?

Gaviscon is very similar to Mucaine gel. The only difference is that Mucaine Gel has an anaesthetic agent included and that reduces heartburn.

There are antacid tablets available and you can also go for them but liquids work better.
