Question: My mom is on thyroid medicine since last 4 years. Currently she is taking Thryoxine 50mcg before breakfast everyday.

Please try re-attach the thyroid profile report.
The hemoglobin is on the lower side. She will need a course of iron or Vitamin B12 supplements.
Amongst the iron and Vit B12 supplements which one to give must be decided based on the complete blood count report.
