As you are young, so the first and foremost thing should be a trial of 3 months of following healthy lifestyle routine which includes:

Lifestyle changes, these modifications can significantly improve your lipid profile. It includes

A. Healthy diet: Focus on a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats. Limit saturated and trans fats, processed foods, and sugary drinks.
 
B. Regular exercise: Atleast 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week.

C. Weight reduction: If you are overweight or obese, losing even a small amount of weight can have a positive impact on your lipid profile.

D. Preferably no alcohol or atleast Limit alcohol intake: Excessive alcohol consumption can raise triglyceride levels. (If you drink)

Follow this routine strictly for atleast 3 months and then repeat lipid profile again.
