Detailed Answer:
Hi again dear,
I recommend to use a supplement which should contain 2000 ui vit D.
I also recommend to use 2.4 micrograms of vit B 12.
I suggest to follow a healthy diet with fruits and vegetables.
In my opinion, there is no need for medical treatment for cholesterol and triglycerides.
Hope it helps.
