Brief Answer:
Brain tumor, surgical removal required.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have read your question. I saw the attachments that you uploaded too.

There seems to be a tumor of the brain with subsequent compression and edema on the surrounding brain tissue.

From the imaging characteristics is suspected hemangiopericytoma.

In my opinion, even with moderate symptoms, it should be removed surgically to prevent expansion, and worsening of the symptoms, determine the grade and the classification by the biopsy.

The blood tests seems to be okay regarding the surgical planning.

Discuss with a Neurosurgeon these issues.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
