Brief Answer:
Hi,

Detailed Answer:
There seems the following deviations in your reports provided.
I- Your hemoglobin is lower than the reference range. MCV & MCH are also lower. These together, point to iron deficiency. Hence you may take some iron preparation under guidance of your doctor. Still, it seems better that you should go for your iron studies.
2- Your lipid profile is beyond range. Total Cholesterol, LDL, VLDL & Triglycerides are above normal, while HDL is less than normal, where as HDL is a good cholesterol type.
Hence, besides fat restricted diet, some lipid lowering agent may be taken under guidance of your doctor.
3-I am failing to understand that how, they have tested blood urea, just by calculation method. At the most, it may be calculated, if value of blood urea nitrogen is there. It has not been given in your reports. Also, normal range of urea to creatinine should be 20-40, which seems normal in your case. ( that is 26.42 in your case ) & it is not abnormal as shown in your case.
Still, I will advise you to consult these discrepancies, with your doctor, who may be in a good position to understand your clinical condition.
