Below is my analysis and suggestions

1. reports are normal except the fasting blood sugar is high. You may have to repeat in any lab with fresh blood sample in the morning before breakfast at around 7 or 8 am.

2. Is deficient for Vit D , she would need supplement. Cholecalciferol 60,000 units taken weekly for 8 weeks followed by monthly once for 8 months would be sufficient.
