Hello,
I have seen the reports attached. I would be able to read the reports better if you can provide me some details of his medical complaints. Did he have any issues or was it a general check up?

I can see that his fasting blood glucose is on higher side and HbA1c is also increased that means he has not had a good diabetic control.

He has vitamin B12 and D3 deficiency. His bilirubin levels, serum uric acid and esr are borderline high that suggest some infection maybe.

He can start on vitamin B12 and D3 supplements.

Thanks for your response. It was a general health checkup. He feels sleepy all the time especially when he's sitting on a table or a sofa.

Sorry for the delay in the response.

Sleepiness can be due to vitamin b12 and D3 deficiency. I would suggest him to take supplements as below:
Tab. Neurobion forte once a day for 30 days
Cap. Drise 60,000 IU once a week for 12 weeks

I would like to know if he is taking any medicines for diabetes. If he is taking any medicines, dose correction may be required.
