Thanks for writing back
Yes, i have gone through the attached report.
There are two important derangements
1. Higher liver enzymes. This indicates either you had spicy meals for few days before the blood test or if there is consumption of alcohol. You may have to stop the habit if you, as it is causing stress to the liver. There is no need for any treatment. Low spicy foods and avoiding alcohol would suffice.
2. High TSH.. indicates hypothyroidism. I woul recommend getting it re tested again with fresh morning fasting sample . A reading of 7 doesn't need medication but rechecking is a must.

I don't drink alcohol and the spices are also normal mostly home food, but still will take care about that and also with share the TSH again as soon as possible
