I have sent report on YYYY@YYYY and YYYY@YYYY . Not able to attach here due to size limit.
I am adding LFT results here. My SGPT is elevated. I consume alcohol twice in a week. Overall consumption in one go is 2000 ml of beer or 240 ml of Whiskey. Please let me know if SGPT level is alarming and what limit alcohol consumption should be reduced to?

Brief Answer:
Reduce alcohol
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the report.
Yes, the ALT level is a bit high but need not worry , its not at a alarming level.
Yes, reducing alcohol along with spicy and fatty foods would help you recover from the same.
I would recommend to get to levels as low as 90ml of whiskey and not more than a 1000ml hereon.
GGT is a very straight indicator of alcohol reletad liver damage, it is normal.
Hope, I answered your query
Wishing you good health
Regards
