Question: Please review the attached 2 videos of abdominal CT with oral contrast and comment on the large buildup of gas at the center of the abdomen coming off of the stomach, is this the duodenum?

The 5 images are reviewed and the gas pocket mentioned is the distal body part of the stomach lumen and is before the pyrlorus. The duodenum comes later after the pylorus.
