Thanks for your query.
Noted the history, reports and understood the concerns.
You have got Calculus cholecystitis that is inflammation/infection (as suggested by raised White Cell count) of the gallbladder.
This seems to be the major reason for pain in upper abdomen.
Hence the line of treatment is as follows:
Get started with intravenous antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medicines.
Plan for surgery. Time is decided by a Team of Doctors - the Surgeon, Medical Specialist and Anaesthetist for fitness.
Please go for surgery asap.
HbA1c and blood sugar need evaluation for diabetes and treatment as needed, decided by the Physician/Diabetologist.
