Brief Answer:
Skin infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and viewed the image.

Seems like a skin infection. Perhaps it started with a scratch but it seems that it has got nfected. That is the reason it feels sore. I suggest you to use a topical antibiotic e.g either Neosporin ointment or Mupirocin ointment, twice daily. In addition I suggest you to use take an oral antibiotic e.g either Amoxicillin or Cephalexin for a week.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
