Question: Please see the attached report as it relates to my echocardiograpgy report. Sould i be concern that all 4 of my Valve is leaking plus I have Mild Concentric left ventricluar hypertrophy and also inferior vena cava is dilated?

After going through the echo report attached by you I would like to tell you that keeping into consideration your age group this echo report is fairly alright and there is nothing significant to worry about as with advancing age there will be some amount of degeneration in every organ of the body.

However what is concerning to me is the indication which has been written in your echo report that you are getting it done because of having some chest discomfort on exertion. This could a clue to underlying coronary artery disease.

So it’s advisable that you should personally consult a cardiologist and get the basic cardiac evaluation done to rule out coronary artery disease.
