Please Suggest Cough Syrup Or Medicine

Question: my wife was having on fever from 15 to 18 th April and took paracetamol tablets. From then their was no fever but having cough. so pls suggest some cough syrup or medicine. she is taking all vitamins, zinc and food properly.. we can't go outside due to pandemic and lockdown
