Please Suggest Me Medicine Or Treament For This Problem Of UTI From Last 1.5 Years
Question: I am having problem of UTI from last 1.5 years. I was suffering from problem of frequent urination so, took online appointment on Practice. They asked me to go for Renal function test and Urine culture test. Renal Function test was normal but Found Bacterial Infection in Urine Culture test. Doctor has prescribed Zifi CV 200. I took the medicine for two weeks. In the first the frequency of urination was normal but in second week again freuqnecy increase a little. Now, again the problem started. I started ayurvedic medicine like Chandraprabhwati, Gokshuradi Guggul and Giloy tablets from last two days but not getting any improvement. Now the urge for urination is also increasing. Please suggest me so medicine or treament for this.

As per your history, you are having repeated urinary tract infections and previous USG abdomen was also normal.
Please let me know,
Do you have penile discharge, pain in abdomen, fever or does your partner having such complaints?
For further assessment, I would suggest you to consult with urologist. He may procure x ray KUB or kidney scan, blood sugar levels and urine flow study to rule out diabetes, bladder/renal stone, increased prostate size as per evaluation. As it may cause retention of urine and may lead to cystitis which also causes repeated UTI.
Till then you can take syrup cital. Keep yourself well hydrated. Further treatment mainly depends upon underlying condition.

No I don't have any abdomen pain. Yes suffered from bacterial infection fever one months back, but doctor presrcibed me few medicine last time which has recovered that fever.
