Please Suggest Me Some Over The Counter Medicines As Going To Hospital For Checkup Diarrhea

Question: Hello Doctor,
Since today morning, I, XXXXXXX Subba, enrolled in your health insurance, am having diarrhea accompanied by slight fever and stomach cramps. Please suggest me some over the counter medicines as going to hospital for checkup doesn't seems right at this covid situation. Thank you.

Hi Sir,
I have gone through your query. If you provide more information then it will be more helpful.
Do you had food from outside or anything unusual?
Are you diabetic?
You can take Nutrolin B capsules thrice daily. ORS in 5 glass water can be taken little by little. Taking probiotic curd is good. You can also take tea with lemon.
If cramps and diarrhoea persist then Antibiotic therapy will be required.

Thank you doctor... I am not a diabetic. Yes Doctor...I ate biryani for dinner yesterday from a restaurant...Cramps are still there along with slight fever...
