Please Suggest Me Some Treatment To Get Rid Of Buzzing Sound And Fix Tube Dysfunction?
Question: Hello Doctor,
Somedays ago I was cleaning my ears as i felt some hearing blockage in my right ear.
Since then my right ear pains whenever i burp.
I tried Valsalva Maneuver technique but i feel some blockage in right ear and it doesn't pop. The pain reduced now but whenever i do Valsalva Maneuver i still feel pain and blockage.
Today I hear a constant buzzing sound in same ear.
please suggest me some treatment to get rid of buzzing sound and fix tube dysfunction.

Hello,
You may use antihistamines such cetirizine and decongestants such pseudoephedrine to help with blockage. Also use chewing gum .
Also using nasal spry may help eustachian tube blockage.
