Question: Hey Doctor, I have white pimples or sores on the edges of the penis head and the skin is tight when erect. Please suggest me something effective. Currently using Dk gel from few days.

Apply benzac AC gel 3 times a day ,dk gel is antifungal but your description is not fungal and if you touch them then they spreads ( if don't recover in week then needs few tests ).

The skin is also tight and sometimes causes rashes too. I have shown it to a urologist and he said that I have std or fungal infection but nothing hurts on that part & nothing even grows anymore it’s the same like before.

hi dear
for exact diagnosis little skin biopsy and microscopic examination will tell exact diagnosis , apply whitfield ointment [1,5 % salicylic plus 3 % benzoic only that strength ] for 7 days once a day . tab terbinafine 250 mg po in single dose only dont repeat , let me know after 7 days
