Please Suggest Me The Best Medicine For Typhoid

Question: Dear doctor,My name is Pradeep XXXXXXX , age 29 , my medical history is i got 2 time typhoid and have taken medicine and complete all courses, now the current things is that I am getting Vomit sensation after wake up early and after eating anything and over eating and feel uneasy and every hour found belch ,I am attaching some of the medicine which was suggest by doctors. Please suggest me the best.

Also currently I do have have fever and all .

1. Cap Esoz d 1 cap empty stomach in morning

2. Tab Equiset 1 tab twice a day

3. Syp Ulgel 1tsf twice a day after meals

Try this for 7 days and hopefully your symptoms will improve. If it doesn’t then consult a gastroenterologist personally as some specific investigations will be required like endoscopy.
