Question: I have haemorrhoid bleeding from 2 days with swelling from 4 days. Please suggest medicines. I do gymming & have a good diet

Hello And thank you for choosing this forum for your query.
Have seen your details.
Start applying preperation H three times a day over the hemorrhoids.
Take capsule sitcom forte 8 mg two times a day for 14 days.
Add a laxative to your meds, Your stools should be watery and you should not strain while passing stools.
Take lots of vegetables and fibre rich diet.
Take this for 2 week if not relieved then laser ablation of hemorrhoids could be done.
Reduce animal proteins in your diet and try to take a vegetable based diet for few day.
Follow up after 2 weeks.

Most likely cause is usually constipation + a diet low in fibers.
You should avoid lifting weights for few days.
However running is ok.
