Hi ,
I have read your query and understood your concern
As discussed over the call , to relieve congestion you could do steam inhalation twice a day and salt warm water gargling to help with the throat irritation .I would recommend anti histamine such a tablet wikoryl twice a day for 3 days after food to help with the congestion and tablet zincovit for 15 days to boost immune. Drink plenty of oral fluids to maintain hydration.
