Question: Hello Doctor, Please suggest something effective treatment of Post nasal drip, i have been suffering from it since years now and its very irritating and frustrating nuisance to deal with everyday 24 hrs.

So start with Solspre saline spray 1 puff thrice daily for 3 months. It will clear the allergic mucin from the nose. Take fluticasone nasal spray 2 puff at bedtime for 2 month. It will decrease the allergic inflammation of the nose. Take proper steam inhalation through nose. Do my moderate running exercise or nasal breathing exercises or yoga. It will restore the mucociliary function of the nose. Allergy of nose won't get eradicated completely. It will at least 3 months to decrease.
