Please Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramp With Noise Too

Question: I have stomach cramp like pain which goes to mid back also.. my stomach keeps on making noise too. Though I dont have any other problem apart from this. The pain keeps on coming and sometimes goes away then again come. Please suggest treatment.

Hello,

Thanks for posting your query. It looks like mild infection or gas. You can take:
Tab. Omez 20 mg Tab. Dolo 650 mg for pain as and when required.
Tab. Brufen 200 mg. SOS
Drink adequate fluids. ORS, electrol powder etc.

I would like to know more about your pain. Where exactly on your abdomen is the pain? Do you have constipation or loose stools? Vomiting?
As it is persisting for more than a week it is best to get further evaluation and investigations done .

I m only having pain in stomach which goes to mid back... I can feel pain while touching stomach too... many a times it goes away then comes... I'm morni nfg while waking up also I feel pain. Rest everything is fine.

I would suggest you to get a CBC, Urine routine and an ultrasound abdomen just to ruke out other causes. If the reports come out normal then it looks like irritable bowel syndrome.
