Thanks for the query.
I have gone through your query and I can understand your concerns.
The given reports suggestive of small infarcts in your brain. It is nothing but what we call as stroke. It develops due to occlusion of blood vessels supplying the brain.
Generally it will improve with medical management, surgical intervention may not be required in most of the cases.
There is slight enlargement of ventricles( fluid filled spaces in the brain). It is not that much significant.

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated.
