Question: im pregnant and my HB is 129 is that low or alright??

Hemoglobin levels above 100g/dl is acceptable normal in pregnancy.
There is blood volume expansion during pregnancy to cover the additional fetal requirements and there is a bit dilutional effect so Hb levels fall slightly.
You should get registered for antenatal check up and get immunized for tetanus.
You should also get Folic acid prescribed for preventing spina bifida congenital anomaly in fetus and start right now if not already on.
