Pregnant. Red Lump Inside Vaginal Lip. Not Itching Or Sore. Concerned

Question: Hello, I'm 36 weeks pregnant and just found a small red lump on the inside of my vagina lip. It's not itchy or sore or irritating. And it is the only one there. I'm very concerned as obviously it's important for my pregnancy to be healthy. Thank you

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
The lesion in the photo is appearing as small ulcer.
You better consult gynecologist,
-Get examined
-Go for blood VDRL test
-Look for any enlargement of regional lymph-nodes.
-Take one course of broad spectrum antibiotics.
With this work-up possibly the cause of lesion can be identified and cured.
Enquire whether your partner is also having same type of lesions.
Hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer your follow up queries. If you are satisfied with all my answer, please rate the answer after closing the discussion.
Take care.
