My ultrasound report:
Presenting part: breech.
Lie: longitudinal
FHR: 148bpm
BPD: 38mm(17W4D)
HC: 138mm(17W2D)
AC: 114mm(17W2D)
FL: 21mm(16W4D)
FEtal weight: 176g.
Placenta : Anterior
Liquor: normal
Please guide us according to report.Is it normal

Its an absolutely normal report. All the parameters are within normal limits for this gestation and there is no discrepency between gestational age calculated by dates and ultrasound.
You may have some concern about breech as presenting part.It can not be said to be abnormal at this gestational age because fetus is too small and keep on changing its position and its very common to find such position at this age. It may change to cephalic with increasing gestational age.
Your ultrasound report don't include report of level II scan to rule out any congenital deformities in fetus. You should also get it done by a good Radiologist.
