How is her obstetric history please put a brief details of children and abortions, mode of delivery if any.
The size of subchorionic bleed is small but is ominous in first semester.
Please ensure that she has enough bed rest, not go out for job, avoid travel, and review the ultrasound in a week. Get her blood investigation like complete blood counts, PT, aPTT to rule out if she has got any coagulopathy.
If there is any pain abdomen, any bleeding from genital passage you must report immediately to a gynecologist in equipped set-up.
